Our evening chores are very quick now that our chickens are processed. It literally consists of feeding these milking does their grain, checking water and feeding the dogs. Our tradition is we make our own APPLE CIDER. It's always a fun night filled with friends, family, food and hard work. A few close family #meetmygoatmonday is back and today I'm introducing GYPSY! Gypsy is the oldest goats in our herd and is an excellent mama and milker. She will be getting bred in the next month or two and will have babies around March. She has beautiful colors and al Sunday’s are for Dahlia’s. I hope everyone has had a relaxing Sunday and a great week. And since it’s 2020, bring on September. Please be nice to us! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Tell me your favorite thing to do on Sunday! We have church (at home, because #covid) and then we do random stuff around the farm and normally eat BLT’s for lunch. 😂 Random, And that's a WRAP! Thanks for joining us for CHICKEN WEEK while we launched our chicken processing tables and took you through the weekend of actual chicken processing and breaking down the chicken. We hope you learned something and hope we empowered Breaking down chickens today! We prefer them broken down so we can utilize the meat better. We separate the wings, legs, thighs and breasts into their own bags. Check out our stories today to see how our set up is. It’s pretty smooth!
